WG-95 In-Flight Ice Detection Systems

Initially, in 2012, EUROCAE Working Group 95 has been tasked by the EUROCAE Council to update the In-Flight Ice Detection System (FIDS) Minimum Operational Specification ED-103, today the icing community is proposing to add a subgroup to the initial WG-95.
The Icing Long Range Awareness subgroup would be tasked to create an interim report to provide recommendations on the way forward of the sub-group and the way to standardize In-Flight Icing Long Range Awareness functions, provided by Weather Radar System (WXR), using new or existing EUROCAE / RTCA documents.
