EUROCAE is a non-profit organisation, created in 1963 as the “The European Organisation for Civil Aviation Equipment", with the objective to develop standards for European civil aviation.
EUROCAE currently has over 450 members, including industry, service providers, regulators, research institutes and international organizations. EUROCAE has become the European leader in the development of worldwide recognized industry standards for aviation. EUROCAE membership is open to organisations and industries worldwide.

Founded in 1963, EUROCAE is an international non-profit organisation that brings together experts from across the aviation industry to develop and promote consensus-based high-quality standards for civil aviation systems and equipment. These standards support international harmonization and global interoperability and significantly contribute to the safety, efficiency and environmental sustainability of the global aviation system.
Over the past 60 years, EUROCAE has witnessed the development of many industry-leading technologies and accompanied the innovation lifecycle through the timely development of relevant standards. These efforts have helped to ensure that the aviation industry is well-equipped to meet the challenges of the 21st century and beyond. EUROCAE currently has more than 450 members from all over the world, close to 50 active Working Groups, and more than 4.500 experts.
