Job Vacancy: Interim Communications Support and Membership Engagement Project Coordinator

The Interim Communications Support and Membership Engagement Project Coordinator will ensure continuity in the organisation’s communication activities during a parental leave period. The person will manage internal and external communication tasks while coordinating a dedicated project aimed at enhancing membership engagement. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Interim replacement of Communication Manager (4month parental leave): During this period, act as the primary lead for EUROCAE’s communication activities,  coordinate the editorial calendar, manage external communications, and ensure the continuity and quality of all communication.
    • Content Creation: Assist in creating high-quality, relevant content for all communication platforms, ensuring alignment with the EUROCAE brand identity.
    • Website: Support the maintenance of the corporate website and news.
    • Social Media: Assist in planning and managing official accounts (LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, YouTube).
    • Newsletters: Help produce and distribute regular newsletters, such as the monthly NEWSblog and targeted campaigns for events or training.
    • Press: Support the drafting of press releases and manage interviews.
    • Publications: Coordinate and contribute to the content of EUROCAE’s biannual magazine.
    • Event Coordination: Provide support for EUROCAE’s presence at external industry events, including coordinating presentations and talking points.

 

  • Member Engagement Project:
    • Lead a dedicated project aimed at strengthening membership engagement.
    • Support the development and implementation of initiatives designed to increase active participation and engagement within EUROCAE’s member organisations.
    • Coordinate feedback collection and engagement analytics to help refine strategies.
    • Collaborate closely with the entire team to ensure coherence between communication actions and membership objectives.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Education: minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication in English is essential (TOEFL score 5.0 or higher or equivalent; writing specimen will be requested). A good working level of French or another EU language is a distinct asset.
  • Technical Skills: Practical experience with social media management, website tools, and design/video software.
  • Soft Skills: Autonomous, highly creative and proactive, with the ability to manage complex tasks and tight deadlines. You should be a collaborative team player comfortable in a multicultural environment.

 

Employment Conditions

  • Duration: 1 year.
  • Starting date: May 2026.
  • Basis: Full-time, based in the Paris region.
