Multi-Factor Authentication from 5 January

Dear Experts,

Following our ongoing IT development and commitment to data security, EUROCAE will enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for accessing our services. Starting 5 January 2026, MFA will be mandatory for login. Cybercrime and account breaches continue to rise across the industry. MFA is one of the most effective ways to protect accounts from unauthorised access and ensures a significantly higher level of security for your personal information and our Hub.

What do you need to do?

After entering your username and password, you will confirm your identity through a second method, such as a verification code via SMS or the Microsoft Authenticator app. Alternative options are available for those who prefer not to use the app.

Your login will continue to work as normal until the go-live date, but once MFA is turned on, you will not be able to access your account until the setup has been completed.

We’ve prepared this guide with all the steps and practical information you need. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at [email protected], our team will be happy to assist you.

Thank you for your cooperation and continued support.

Best Regards,
EUROCAE Team
