EUROCAE Call for Participation WG-51/SG-5 Wide Area Multilateration Surveillance System

EUROCAE Working Group 70 in September 2010 published ED-142, the “Technical Specification for Wide Area Multilateration (WAM) Systems”. Being almost 13 years old and considering the significant technological advances in this surveillance technology it is apparent, that this document needs to be revised. This activity will be performed by Working Group 51/Sub-Group 5.7.

WG-51/SG-5 is looking for technical experts in Multilateration Systems to support the Revision of ED-142. It should be noted that in line with the current approved Terms of Reference (ToR) of WG-51 also the integration of composite ADS-B/WAM functionality is within the scope of WG-51/SG-5. Therefore also a certain level of ADS-B knowledge will be beneficial.

If your company is interested in a contribution to these activities, please complete the Registration form available here: form.typeform.com

This Call for Participation will close on 23 June 2023! The Kick-Off Meeting is scheduled for 05 June 2023. If you wish to attend please contact [email protected].
