This document addresses the questions of both the industry and authorities. It contains frequently asked questions (FAQs), discussion papers (DPs), and rationale. Many of the FAQs and DPs are based on ED-94B; however, some have been modified to address changes from ED-12B to ED-12C and to make applicable to ED-109A.
