This document contains Minimum Operational Performance Standards (MOPS) for Thermal Camera Systems. The standards specify the minimum performance expected from thermal camera equipment and related functions. Compliance with this standard is recommended as a means of assuring that the equipment will perform its intended function(s) satisfactorily under all conditions normally encountered in routine aeronautical operation..
