We are pleased to announce the publication of ED-75E|Minimum Aviation System Performance Standards – Required Navigation Performance for Area Navigation.
ED-75E adds minimum requirements and terminology updates to explicitly allow for navigation based on multiple DME in support of RNP operations. Furthermore clarifications were added to existing procedures. Requirements were added for the RNP system navigation database with regard to data quality and information on the use of multiple navigation database cycles by RNP systems. Lessons learned from previous implementations were included.
