This document defines the minimum operational performance specification for devices and systems that prevent simultaneous transmissions in Air Traffic Control 5ATC) two-way radio voice communications. The specification is intended to apply to devices and circuitry which are an integrated feature of the design of future generations of two-ways voice communication equipment.
