New working group: WG-76 SG-1 / ED-89 Revision

We are pleased to inform you that EUROCAE WG-76 SG-1 “ED-89 Revision” has been created.
Update ED-89 to be able to transmit the information of the Global Reporting Format (GRF) in the D-ATIS Data Link Service.
