We are pleased to announce the publication of ED-288 “Technical Standard (TS) for an Independent Non-Cooperative Surveillance (INCS) System”.
The Technical Standard for an Independent Non-Cooperative Surveillance System referred to as the “INCS System” is a component within the “SUR Sensor” element of an infrastructure supporting Surveillance Air Traffic Service(s), such as the Approach Control and Area Control Services. The standard covers rotating Primary Surveillance Radars (PSRs) as well as array-based systems and multi-static configurations.
