EUROCAE Open Consultation ED-243C

We are pleased to announce the availability of the following draft EUROCAE document prepared by EUROCAE WG-82 “New Air-Ground Data Link Technologies” for Open Consultation:

Draft ED-243C “MOPS for Avionics Supporting Next Generation Satellite Systems (NGSS)”

This document contains minimum operational performance standards (MOPS) for avionics that provide Aeronautical Mobile Satellite (R) Services (AMS(R)S) by means of satellite communications technologies. This revision is updated to include the IRIDUM CERTUS system.
