We are pleased to announce the availability of the following draft EUROCAE document prepared by EUROCAE WG-51 SG-3 “ADS-B Airborne and Ground Surveillance Applications” for Open Consultation:
Draft ED-194A Ch. 2 “Minimum Operational Performance Standards (MOPS) for Aircraft Surveillance Applications (ASA) System – Change 2”
This Change 2 to ED-194A is required to submit the Test Vectors that were prepared in line with Change 1 to ED-194A to Open Consultation and Council Approval. In line with the modifications implemented in Change 1 to ED-194A (published in April 2019) changes needed to be done to the actual Test Vectors which are available as supplementary material to ED-194A. These Test Vectors were not part of the package that was submitted to Open Consultation as Change 1 to ED-194A. Therefore a separate Open Consultation followed by Council Approval is required. The Change 2 package contains no material in addition to the zip-file containing the Test Vectors.
