Draft ED-114B “MOPS For Global Navigation Satellite Ground Based Augmentation System Ground Equipment To Support Precision Approach and Landing”
This document contains Minimum Operational Performance Specification (MOPS) for a Ground Based Augmentation System (GBAS) Ground Subsystem, as part of a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) to support all categories of precision approach and landing. This minimum operational performance specification is designed to ensure that GBAS ground equipment certified against it will be compatible with the ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices. This issue of the MOPS contains some tests where the detailed procedure is not described. In these cases, the test method needs to be adapted to the specific manufacturer’s Ground Subsystem architecture.
