EUROCAE Launches New Digital Hub to Enhance Members Experience and Collaboration

EUROCAE is proud to announce the launch of EUROCAE Hub, its newly revamped IT platform. This significant upgrade, meticulously developed in collaboration with AMO Consultancy, marks a crucial step towards providing EUROCAE’s 500 members and 5000 experts with an even more seamless and efficient digital experience.

The comprehensive overhaul, led by Thuc Nguyen, Technical Programme Manager & IT Support Specialist at EUROCAE, focuses on revitalising the Participant Workspace and the Management Portal. By leveraging the advanced capabilities of Nintex K2, the new platform aims to streamline operations, enhance user experience, and offer a robust digital ecosystem for all stakeholders.

The redevelopment project includes a thorough enhancement of key digital assets.:

•    Participant Workspace: Redesigned to facilitate effective collaboration among working groups with tools supporting real-time communication, document sharing, and workflow management.

•    Management Portal: Enhanced to provide administrators with greater control and insight into organisational operations and data.

Anna von Groote, Director General at EUROCAE, commented on this milestone, “Our new IT platform is a testament to EUROCAE’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and collaboration. The improvements we have made are crucial for meeting the evolving needs of our community, ensuring that our members and experts can work more efficiently and effectively. This investment in our digital infrastructure will significantly enhance the overall EUROCAE experience”.

Bertrand Piquet, Managing Director at AMO Consultancy, stated: “We are honoured to partner with EUROCAE on this exciting journey. Our goal was to design and implement digital solutions that are visually appealing, highly functional, secure and scalable. Enhancing the user experience was a top priority. The EUROCAE Hub will undoubtedly boost the operational efficiency and collaborative success of the EUROCAE community”.

This redevelopment project underscores EUROCAE’s dedication to providing its members with cutting-edge tools and resources, reinforcing its position as a leader in aviation standards development. It is the foundation of a more integrated IT architecture for EUROCAE, and more improvements and enhancements will follow in the next years.
