ED-137C_4 Ch. 1 "Interoperability Standard for VOIP ATM Components - Volume 4 Recording - Change 1"

We are pleased to announce the publication of ED-137C_4 Ch. 1 “Interoperability Standard for VOIP ATM Components – Volume 4 Recording – Change 1.”
This Change document implements the modifications necessary to ED-137C Volume 4 – Recording – to address the observations of the VoIP Interoperability Event.
