This document provides guidance on assessing the suitability of insulation systems and their 8 expected life under the combined effects of temperature, reduced air pressure, humidity, and other 9 environmental stresses. Historically, electrical insulation test methods have been well defined for 10 terrestrial applications. As air vehicle electrification is driving system and equipment designs to 11 higher voltage levels, conventional aerospace test methods pertaining to electrical.

This document was developed jointly by EUROCAE Working Group 116 and and SAE AE-11. This document is technically identical to SAE ARP 7375. 7.
