WG-92 VDL Mode 2 MOPS (ED-92A) update

Scope:
Revision of ED-92A to integrate the changes required by the SES Regulation (EC) 29/2009, to align its content with the content of ETSI EN 301 841-1 V1.3.1; AEEC 631-6 and RTCA-DO-281B as required and to integrate the elements (requirements and test sections) concerning multi frequency operations.
In addition, any reduction in physical layer testing as a result of manufacturers’ experience, so as to reduce equipment qualification cost, without impact on performance and/or integrity should be investigated.
